1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdMon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users ofAdMon, including administrators who connect Meta ad accounts.
2. Description of Service
AdMon is a campaign automation tool that connects to the Meta Marketing API on your behalf. It monitors your ad campaigns, applies user-configured rules (such as spend caps and cost-per-result thresholds), and automatically pauses, duplicates, or adjusts campaigns accordingly.
AdMon is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage the Meta Business Manager accounts and ad accounts you connect to AdMon. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Meta Account and Permissions
To use AdMon, you must grant the Service access to your Meta ad accounts via OAuth. By connecting your account you authorize AdMon to:
- Read campaign performance data and ad account details.
- Pause, enable, and duplicate campaigns according to your configured rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AdMon complies with Meta's Advertising Policies and Platform Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the automation rules you configure and the campaign actions that result from them.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized individuals.
- You must not use AdMon to violate any applicable law, Meta's policies, or the rights of any third party.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated actions will always execute as intended. Campaign outcomes depend on Meta API availability and your configuration.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to ad spend losses resulting from automated campaign actions or API failures.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AdMon at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data per our Data Deletion policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AdMon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
