Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, you can request deletion of all data AdMonholds that is associated with your Meta account.

What data does AdMon store?

  • Your Meta access token (encrypted) and associated ad account IDs.
  • Ad account names and campaign data retrieved via the Meta Marketing API.
  • Automation logs recording actions taken on your campaigns.

How to remove AdMon's access to your Meta account

You can immediately revoke AdMon's access to your Meta account at any time from within Facebook. This stops any further API calls to your ad accounts.

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.
  2. Find AdMon in the list of apps with access to your account.
  3. Click Remove to revoke all permissions.

How to request deletion of your data from AdMon

To request deletion of all data AdMon holds about your accounts and campaigns, send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – AdMon

Please include your Facebook User ID or Ad Account ID so we can locate your records. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your Meta access token and refresh token stored by AdMon.
  • All ad account and campaign records linked to your account.
  • All automation logs generated from your campaigns.

Note: deleting your data from AdMon does not delete your Meta account or any campaigns on Meta's platform. It only removes the data AdMon has stored on its servers.
