Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

1. Introduction

AdMon ("we", "us", or "our") provides an automated Meta Ads campaign management tool. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use AdMon, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using AdMon you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

When you connect your Meta account to AdMon, we collect and store:

  • Meta access tokens — OAuth tokens issued by Meta that allow AdMonto read and manage your ad accounts and campaigns on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Ad account information — Ad account IDs, names, and associated Meta Business Manager information needed to operate the service.
  • Campaign data — Campaign IDs, names, statuses, spend, and cost-per-result metrics retrieved via the Meta Marketing API.
  • Automation logs — A record of every automated action taken by AdMon(e.g. pause, duplicate, enable) including timestamps and the rule that triggered each action.
  • Admin credentials — Username and hashed password for the AdMon admin login. We do not store plaintext passwords.

We do not collect personal information about the end users of your ads, advertising audiences, or any Facebook user data beyond what is necessary to manage your ad accounts.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate with the Meta Marketing API and execute campaign actions on your behalf.
  • To evaluate your configured automation rules (spend caps, cost thresholds) against live campaign metrics.
  • To maintain an audit log of all automated actions for your review.
  • To send you operational notifications (e.g. via Telegram) about campaign actions.
  • To diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Meta Platform Data

AdMon uses the Meta Marketing API under Meta's Platform Terms. Data received from Meta is used solely to provide the campaign automation service described above and is not used for any other purpose. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy.

AdMon requests the following Meta permissions:

  • ads_management — to read and update campaign statuses.
  • ads_read — to retrieve campaign performance metrics.
  • business_management — to list ad accounts associated with your Business Manager.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. Database access is restricted to the AdMon application only. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Automation logs are retained for operational and audit purposes. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page).
  • Revoke Meta permissions at any time via your Facebook App Settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AdMon after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
